AccommodationCOPD6 has made arrangements with the hotels below to hold a number of rooms on delegates' behalf. Accommodation may be reserved as part of the Registration Process, but please note that numbers are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All hotels are within normally accepted walking distance from the International Convention Centre.
Prices quoted are for single occupancy per night and include all local taxes (VAT). Please contact the COPD6 Event Managers for other prices.
COPD6 can only reserve accommodation on your behalf on provision of valid current credit card details. Your contract is directly with the Hotel and you will be responsible for paying your accommodation charges on your departure. In the event of a no-show, arrival after the reserved date or departure before the reserved date and cancellation, EBS or the hotel may charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the full stay requested. Please make sure that your credit card does not expire until 1 month after the conference.
Should you cancel your hotel accommodation within four weeks of COPD6 conference, the accommodation fee will be required in full, unless accommodation can be resold.
